Verse by Verse

Don’t you think the Bible should be taught verse by verse? After all that is how it was written.

Each verse makes sense as a part of a paragraph and each paragraph makes sense as a part of a chapter and each chapter makes sense as a part of a book.

God wants us to cut it straight and it seems the best way to do that is to study His word the way He gave it. That may not seem as interesting as going from favorite topic to favorite topic, but going verse by verse, book by book, assures that we will cover all that God intended for us. We will have to deal with all of the difficult issues addressed in the Bible. But that is what is best for us.
