He Saved Us

When the Apostle Paul wrote to Titus, he explained how our salvation is a work of God. Listen to what the Apostle says in chapter3, verses 4-7:

But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

These are wonderful and encouraging words which express the richness of the salvation that God has given to us in Christ. In the days to come we will look closely at what these verses teach about spiritual life. I know that we’ll be blessed.

Join us this Sunday as we rejoice in our salvation and visit us online at believers-fellowship.org.

HE saved US -- a gospel truth that is so easy to take for granted but has come to be so precious to me in light of this past week sharing the gospel with so many who believe that part of the saving relies from within! HE!! saved us! Praise the Lord!
